WooPrint Receipts - Configuration

Configuration

Settings

  1. Go to WooCommerce > WooPrint Receipts
  2. Configure:
  3. Logo: upload your company logo
  4. Header: text shown at the top of the receipt
  5. Footer: promotional message or legal notes
  6. Columns: select ID, Qty, Name, Total
  7. Paper width: 80mm or 58mm
  8. Truncation: max characters for the product name

Printers

  1. Go to WooPrint Receipts > Printers
  2. Add a printer:
  3. Identifier name
  4. Connection type
  5. Paper width
  6. Auto-print (automatic printing when an order is received)
  7. Copies per job
  8. Assigned users
  1. Go to WooPrint Receipts > Rules
  2. Create rules with:
  3. Trigger: new order / status change
  4. Filters: by user/role
  5. Action: print on a specific printer
