Immens CRM Core - Configuration¶
Settings (7 tabs)¶
Go to Immens CRM > Settings (admin.php?page=immens-crm-settings):

First steps by area¶
Contacts¶
- Go to the 👥 Contacts Hub (
immens-crm-contacts) - Add contacts manually, via CSV import, forms or webhooks
- Create tags and custom fields from the Tools Hub
Sales¶
- Go to the 💰 Sales Hub (
immens-crm-deals) - Create pipelines and stages
- Configure lead scoring
- Create scripts and objections
Marketing¶
- Go to the 📧 Marketing Hub (
immens-crm-marketing) - Create email templates with {{cf_*}} placeholders
- Create web-to-lead forms and insert the shortcode into pages
- Launch email campaigns with tracking
Automation¶
- Go to the ⚙️ Automation Hub (
immens-crm-automation) - Create automations (triggers, conditions, actions)
- Use the Visual Workflow for complex flows
- Check outcomes in the Automation Logs
Form integrations¶
Enable the desired integration in Settings > Integrations and map form fields to CRM fields: every submission creates or updates a contact.
